Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers (MCPP), a French subsidiary of the Japanese Mitsubishi Chemical, decided the best way to increase its productivity was through digital transformation. Even though MCPP has been an established industry-leading manufacturer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and thermoplastic elastomer products, the company was still using manual wall planning boards to perform parallel business, planning, and scheduling activities.
